“Strike a Pose“
The Story: If was during a warm summer morning that me and my friend Miguel Rodrigues went diving in the biggest natural reef in Portugal. This reef is located in Algarve and it´s fantastic – full of life and color. But this time of the year, the visibility is not very good, so macro photo is an excellent option.
The gobiidae have a very fun behavior when divers get near. They swim into roky cavities putting their heads out and stay there watching us. But this little fellow didn´t run! He stayed in the bottom looking strait at me and it really looked like he was posing to the picture. I love to observe and photograph these little fish and it was amazing to see this unusual behavior.
