"Psychedelic Spiral"  Shot in Reggio Calabria, Italy with Canon G12

The story:  A wide-open spirograph (Sabella spallanzanii) is an animal of incredible beauty, coming in a variety of shades of colours, and allowing the photographer to play with its colours and shapes. In this case, I tried to highlight the inner spiral, the spiral being one of the most recurrent and photogenic shapes in nature.

Settings:  f8, 1/200, ISO 100
