The Story:  Luca Scortegagna the subject is a scuba instructor, photos planned over three months, asked permission to the thermal water pool in the absence of chlorine in order to access to the facilities, asked the engine block of BMW with its accessories they were treated with non-polluting products according to current standards, designed the behavior of sub diver, and rehearsed the seabed and the position of the strobes to be used.  The trick designed with Makeup artist “Sara Dell Penna”.  With everything ready you are met on a Sunday morning, after 6 hours of driving in the Y-40 the deepest swimming pool in Europe in Abano Terme, to do with all the staff this great shot at a depth of approximately 2m.

Location:  Abano Terme, Italy

Camera:  Nikon D800e and Nikon 17-35mm Lens (F2, 1/160, ISO 100) with Seacam Housing, Dual Subtronic Pro160 Strobes, Sea & Sea YS-D1 Strobe and 3x Nikons SB105.
