The Story: On a particularly uneventful Weedy Sea Dragon hunt I had lost all of my buddies which often happens @ this site as it is quite a big area & generally has very low viz. This particular Bobtail Sqid/ Euprymna tasmanica normally only comes out @ night & I was curious why it was swimming around in broad daylight? I suspect it was un-well? I think this is a defensive pose? As always so many question to be asked of marine life…’
