Cuttelfish in love”  Shot in Giglio Island, Italy with Nikon d800E

  

Filippo won a 7-night in Philippines with Aiyanar Dive Resort

 

The story:  I was at the end of  diving in beginning of summer time in Giglio Island, where I loking for sun fish, during the deco time I saw a beautifull cuttle fish swim very slow in front of me, I setting my camera and strobe and follow the animal. The cuttle fish is no scared about me.I start shooting when the cuttle fish make a fast move behind a rock. I swim there and when arrive I discover the cuttle fish was find another one and they starting matingIt was first time I saw this beautifull behavior, the cuttlefish looks like they kiss each other.They give me the time for take pictures of this incredibile moment. After a minute they separete and swim away
