“Open Eyes“

 

Doris won an UltraLight Dual 36L daypack from ThinkTank.

 

The Story: This Dancing shrimp (Rhynchocinetes uritai) can be found almost everywhere in Indonesia. So I found a special place at pair Ilmuh where one was dancing on an almost white sponge. I wanted to capture the wonderful green eyes, and it was very hard to get the right position and shapes of the eyes.

Equipment Used:  Canon 7D Mark II, Seacam Housing, Canon 100mm Macro Lens, Dual Seacam Strobes

Settings: F5.6, 1/125 sec, ISO 200
