Underwater Photography Guide's Wakatobi Indo-Pacific Photo Workshop
Join us in November 2013 to experience one of the most pristine coral reefs on the planet!
Join Michael Zeigler, contributor for the Underwater Photography Guide and photo pro for Bluewater Photo, for this incredible workshop!
Amazing accommodations coupled with incredible diving will make this a trip to remember! Wakatobi has some of the best reefs in the world, including their fantastic House Reef, which is just steps from your bungalow.
This is an underwater photographer's paradise. Not only do the reefs here offer amazing opportunities from supermacro to wide-angle, the facilities for your camera gear and maintenance are awesome! Wakatobi also offers nitrox for those who are certified, which will help with all of the awesome repeat diving we'll be doing!
We'll be having evening presentations in their Cinema & Media Center to help you improve your photography, and we can share our photos from the day's adventures at the jetty bar. What's not to love?
Mark your calendars for Wakatobi!

Wakatobi Dive Resort is located in Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia which is in Southeast Asia. Access from Europe or the US is easy with many airlines offering flights to one of the major cities in Asia and on to Denpasar, Bali which is the gateway (and most amazingly beautiful stopover on the way) to Wakatobi. You can read the fabulous guest testimonials here.
These very comfortable bungalows are located slightly behind and in-between the front-row Beach Bungalows amidst beautiful palm trees and other tropical plants. Available both on the south and west section of the Resort. Some garden bungalows even have ocean view.
Front row with an ocean view on the south beach. See the fish jump, hear the gentle waves and listen to the birds - all while seated on the balcony or in one of the comfortable lounge chairs in front of your bungalow. The ones on the south end of the resort are the ones with the best breeze from the ocean and is an excellent choice for those who prefer to enjoy a holiday in the tropics without the use of air conditioning (this applies primarily during the mid-year "summer" months).
Select Beach Bungalow
The Select Beach Bungalows are located directly on the beach north of the jetty. They're simply gorgeous! They all have huge front porches with comfortable lounge beds / cushions and a stunning views. They also have indoor bathrooms and huge Asian spa-style outdoor showers.
