Is anyone else getting dry?

I can't even remember the last time I've been in the water... It's definitely been over a week.

thank god I'll be diving monday and tuesday, showing incredible photography Keri Wilk our local california waters at Catalina island and the oil rigs.

I wish I could have joined you! The oil rigs are always such a thrill, and make for great WA opps. What operation are you diving with?

Looks like the time is now to get in the water with some rain this afternoon, and a healthy swell rolling in this weekend.

My husband hasn't been diving since NOVEMBER - it makes my head spin to even think about such a long dry spell!

Luckily we've got a nice 3-day weekend coming up, and I'm making it my top priority to get him in the water! Anyone planning any fun trips for Memorial Day?

Last dive was too long ago, May 24th, when we saw those spectacularly large and beautiful purple-striped jellies among other lovely pelagic critters. At least I have that dive to dream about, but it's not as good as the real thing...

Got totally skunked for our Scripps Canyon/Yukon dive May 9th - BIG swells . I'm tired of El Nino... he's getting on my nerves...

But... Next dive is Sunday in Catalina. Woohoo! Look out critters, I'm coming to take your picture!

Got skunked again this past Sunday . Oh woe is me...

Got on the boat, we headed out of Long Beach harbor, then almost immediately turned right back around and headed home. Too much wind. I can't wait for some stable weather!
