These appear to be wrasses of some sort, and from what I know about fish behavior, they're not kissing and being friendly - but rather sparring over territory or something!
I've seen some pretty cool photos of this head to head action. I guess when you're a fish, you can't exactly fight with your hands or kick with your feet!

it could just be you feeding them too much or those ones just ate most of the food and yes they could be pregnant but be aware the give birth to live fry [baby fish] and the other fish including the parents will eat them.
