Hi,

I'm new to the underwater and UW photography. Just got my S95 couple months ago. what do you think about the pictures?

this pictures was taken in shangjiang, 2 hours drive to the port and 45 minutes boat ride.

Very nice! I can hope my first underwater photos look that good! I am also a newbie. My hubby just bought me my first underwater camera. Testing it out in 39 days! Jamaica here I come!

Crisp, nice focus, no back-scatter and great rendition of the blue water.
Personally I would have liked a little more blue in the shot, aimed upward, not so straight on.
A very good start. Keep 'em coming.

Aimed upward ? So the the blue will fill 50% of the picture? I think I got the point. Pictures will coming. I'll be going to Komodo island in march, 4 days LOB.

Can I ask you what your intended subject is in this picture? For me there is not something that really draws attention.
