Sea&sea standard port

Hi all, Im just new to SLR under photography.I have a canon 500d with a sea&sea housing ,i got the standard port for the 18-55 mm lens and happy enough,so i put my canon 10-22mm lens in and fits sweet :P no gears though ,dont mind.So is a dome worth the money and will i see the picture quality Please Help

Yes a dome will help your picture quality quite a bit. I am surprised that the port you have doesn't vignette at the wide end of the lens.

Yes, a dome will help reduce chromatic abberation in the corners, and will give you a much wider angle of view.

Pretty much veryone shoots the canon 10-22mm behind a dome port.
