Shrimp (??) ID

I got this little critter at La Jolla Shores, 12/04/10 in less the good conditions. I "assume" it is a shrimp, I could use a proper ID!

Alrighty, I just heard back from Greg, and he says it's a deep blade shrimp, Spirontocaris prionota. So there you go!
