weird hairy ghost pipefish

hello,

can anyone help id this pipefish i found in basura in mabini (anilao), batangas? took it several years ago and still is a mystery to me.

Based on what I've read I think it's most likely Solenostomus paegnius, Rough-snouted ghost pipefish. The hairy variations of ghost pipefish are quite rare, and seem to be a result of the substrate the pipefish grow up in.
