A big hello to everone on this site
It's nice to have found a website that may well improve my attempts at underwater picture taking. At 60 years old I am limited to snorkelling through heart trouble, but over the years have progressed from dispossable film cameras to Canon A1 to Pentax Optio 330 digital in a polycarb housing to my latest- a shiny new G11 and housing.
I hope between now and October when I have my annual trip to the Maldives, to pick up lots of tips from you guys and girls that will at last allow me to take the photographs that I see in my minds eye.
Regards

Welcome
Hope to see a lot of great available light images.
You might go the the Compact site and ask about the G11 wide angle port and how it performs for over/under shots.
