Hey all,

I'm wondering what my camera settings should be as I jump off the boat?

Let's assume I'm going in with a wide-angle setup and planning on shooting wide shots during my dive. What should my starting settings be as I enter the water?

What if I were going down with a macro setup? What would my starting settings be as I enter the water planning on a macro dive?

Use this website's 'the guide'.

I'm new here and the The GUIDE is excellent.

Thanks man!

I read through them and I'm thinking I might make myself a "cheat sheet". There's a ton of information on the guide but it's hard to keep it all in mind when just getting started.

Start here.
F:11 or f:16 at 1/160 or 1/200 seconds in manual mode. Adjust strobe power (or TTL) to suit. Remember (or google) F11 and be there
