Not that exotic, I know. I'm a local underwater and nature photographer, who's been diving regularly for about 4 years now. I got into photography after getting a housing for my point and shoot camera and now I'm hopelessly addicted. I typically dive in Laguna Beach or in the La Jolla/Pt Loma area. I'm shooting a Nikon D200 with an Ikelite housing and 2xDS125 strobes. For macro, I use a 60mm or 105mm lens and a 10.5 fisheye for wide angle.

I've had the pleasure of joining Scott Gietler on a trip to Bali last June. It was a trip of a lifetime! Scott, Kalani and Peter appear in many of my wide angle photos from the trip:

Scott has some of the most amazing, colorful nudibranch photos from Bali I've ever seen. I'm jealous I didn't have my macro lens like he did at Biaha!

scott, welcome to the board. I hope to see you diving soon, let's plan something. Share some photos from your recent dives when you get a chance.

Scott
