Pretty cool, like it's suspended out in space! I get a funny floaty feeling from that pic

Very clean and black photo. I might go for a vertical crop.
Is this straight out of camera, and was this on a night dive or in water that wasn't too bright?

There is some adjustment done by CS4 as mentioned below, plus the diving time was 5:00 PM. Local time, and depth about 30feet, of course the sun light is not vertical to the water surface at this time so the little darkness underwater was, clarity was OK.
CS4 adjustment:
-Image-adjustments-replace color-lightness slider complete to the left after selecting area surround the fish using eyedropper tool.
- Filter-sharpen-smart sharpen-amount about 50%, Radius 10.5
-Image-adjustments-selective color-Yellows adjustment.
CS4 adjustment:
