Here's a couple from Saturday am in Malibu. Vis wasn't great so I tried to do something different. Comments & Criticism welcomed. Thanks for looking.

brent, the 2nd one (black and white) is gorgeous, definitely a winner! great job. it would look even better with the backscatter cleaned up a little bit.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll definitely go put some time into removing the backscatter on the 2nd.

I like the B&W version, but I would print it a bit softer without so much contrast. Nice job. Clean up the image a bit and it is a competition submission.

Thanks Bill. I can soften it by reducing the clarity I think (it's at 100% here). Do you think I should do that for print only, or for the web as well?

On my monitor (calibrated) it is a bit harsh. Most folks won't notice so I wouldn't go out of my way to create work. But for printing (particularly on softer paper (matte)) I would soften it up.
