help me identify the creature

I'm using Canon G11, F/5.6, 1/125 sec, ISO-200 and the picture was taken at Lembeh Hills Resort house reef..

Scottg, it was amazing diving in lembeh.. People said that lembeh is a paradise for muck diving and macro photography, I believe that now.. With the best dive guide you can almost see everything in lembeh, unfortunately 7 days of diving is not enough..

The copepod are on the transparant ghost goby...
And maybe what the dive master wanted to show me is the goby and not the copepod..
Unfortunately I don't have the picture with the full body of the goby..
I've used 10 min of air trying to get picture of the copepod and ignore the surrounding..
I wish I can do better with the picture..
I want to apologize to you and scottg...
