Hi all,

Well I managed to get a couple of dives in over the weekend - the first dives in a month and I was starting to dry out

Anyway winter is here in Western Australia and the water temp on both days was between 17 - 18 degree celcius   - which wasn't bad as the surface temp on both days in the morning when we were diving was only 14 degrees celcius :o :o

The vis at both sites was about 8m maxium so which is better than norrmal so it makes UWP challenging to say the least as there is a lot of crud floating in the water.

Anyway enough of my excuss here are the keepers from the day:

A 'Tasselled Filefish"

A Western Talma Butterflyfish

A gaint Cuttlefish (this fella was about 50cm in lenght)

A Gunnard

An Octopus making his home in a bottle

And of course a Nudi :P

Lovely nudibranch in the last shot!

No complaints about water temps please- it's summer in Seattle now and our water is a balmy 10 Celsius!

Hey thanks everyone for your comments - it is appreciated :D :D

My set up is a Sea $ Sea DX-1G with twin YS27 strobes. I shoot in Av mode with ISO @ 100 and WB set at cloudy.

All of these shoots were shots between F6 - F7.8 (Compact)
