Batteries for focus light

I have just bought a Fantasea Nano Focus Light to help with low light situations. It uses 4 AAA batteries. Is it OK to use 1100 mAh NiMH rechargeables?

I would use some of the low internal discharge AAA batteries from Thomas Distributing. You can see what they have here

Get a good charger (La Crosse) and you will be good to go.

I agree. I am decommissioning all my non eneloop (low discharge) batteries. I purchased an expensive charger and now I turn around 8 batteries in an hour.
