You are going to need a zoom gear for the Tokina, you shouldn't need an extension ring. For the 60mm your going to need a macro port.
I would use auto focus for both of those lenses.

I am mostly with Todd on this one. You definitely should get the zoom ring for the Tokina. I think the appropriate gear is for the Canon 16-35 which is pretty widely available. Also don't forget the strobe arms and sync cables.
