E-PL3 vs OM-D EM-5 with Nauticam housings

Hello,
I am looking at upgrading my setup to a m43 option. I started looking at an E-PL3 with a Nauticam housing but then I saw the Nauticam housing for the em-5 is about $300 cheaper, which almost offsets the higher price of the em-5 (not sure why, you would expect the housing to be more expensive).
Anyone has been in a similar situation ? Any recommendations for / against any of the options ?

The IQ of the EM-5 is much better than the e-pl3 so I would definitely go that route.
