Ok So to Get 1:1 Magnification I Have to Be at the Minimum Focusing distance of 105mm VR from the Subject Right ?

that is correct. To test this, get a nice metric ruler and shoot it. You should be able to get about 24 mm in the frame. If you get that you are at 1:1 (since the sensor is 24.6 mm across).
