Space for plug in Ikelite housing

For my Canon 7D I bought an Ikelite housing. A technician will add a Amphibico plug for video on this housing, because I need people on the shore to see what I am framing. I will be shooting HD-video underwater for a feature, and obviously the director needs to see it.
As I don't have the housing yet, and need to prepare in advance, I wonder if anyone who has this camera with Ike housing, could do a small measurement.
How much inch or milimeter space is there between the left side of the camera and the inside of the housing?
From what I saw on photo's looks that it is not too narrow. But I will still have to find (or adapt) a USB plug (I am using the composite video) to make it stick out of the camerabody.

Hey Jan,

Sorry I don't have the camera and housing combo to measure but did you contact ikelite?
They've always been helpful when ever I've had questions for them.
