need advise for Olympus E-PL2 strobes set-up

I own a olympus e_pl2 with oem housing and thinking to set-up with inon d2000 strobe;
1. what size of arms i need to use
2. 1 strobe or 2 strobes

I personally prefer a 5" and an 8" ultralight arm segment on each side. One strobe is great, and sometimes preferable, for macro, whereas I would highly recommend two strobes for wide-angle shooting.

I also have this camera and housing and I am using an Inon Z-240 and an Inon D-2000. For wide angle you got to have 2 strobes! But for macro it is not necessary.
I have an Fantasea tray with dual handles and use the Inon arms (20cm) long. This is sufficient enough for macro and some wide angle. But I also have 2x 15cm arms to add, when I really want to take wide angles.

The Inons really are great and I really can recommend them. The are strong, have got coverage and quick reload.

I think that having only one strobe is a great way to learn about lighting, even for wide angle (where you are mostly using ambient light), as opposed to say wide angle at night where you need all the photons you can get. I use one 8 and one 5 inch arm for my strobes.
