Inon has developed a snoot for the Inon S2000 strobe.

A snoot allows the underwater photographer to narrow the beam of light, resulting in less backscatter and allowing only a portion of a subject to be lit, which can also be used for a "spotlight" effect.

The various combination of packaged parts supports 6 different beam coverage from approx.16°(horizontal) up to approx. 105°(horizontal).

The S2000 strobe does not need a fiber optic cable to fire, so the strobe in combination with a snoot could allow the underwater photographer to produce some interesting lighting effects.
