Great white cage diving and strobes

Hi,

I am going on a dive trip soon and have decided to upgrade from my G11 housing from the canon WP-DC34 to something like the Recsea or Fisheye FIX with a fisheye port. One thing I have never had before is strobes and am thinking of buying those at the same time as well. my question is, what has been your strobe setup when in the submersed cage? do you need strobes? or just one? Do you need a focus light?
