BSoUP is the british society of underwater photographers.
My favorites are Gareth Millson's pike photo, and Trevor Rees's yellow boxfish. How about yours?

Yellow boxfish, photo by Trevor Rees. Taken in Nuweiba, Red Sea, Egypt. Nikon D50, Nikkor 10.5mm fisheye lens

This is a composite image using a Nikon D50 with 10.5mm and 60mm lenses.
So a composite image is combining two images. still a beautiful photo, but I'm surprised those are allowed in photography competitions. It think it should have been in a creative category, what do you think?

Very strange that this would be allowed. Creative category makes sense to me!

I think it should be disallowed from that category. He is also a bit disingenuous since in one place he says it was taken with the 10.5 and in another he owns up that it is a composite. In one competition it was shown as a print, and while quite nice it is NOT a photograph.

I looked up info on Swanage Pier, Dorset... Now I want to go and see some critters under an old pier in jolly-ole England!
