Hello from South Africa

Hi Everyone

My name is Leigh, Iv been diving now for about two years only. I am qualified with PADI as an advanced diver, but am determined to constantly increase my experience and obtain more certifications from PADI and IANTD.

I have only got about 40 logged Sea dives, so I am still very much a beginner, but I have been bitten by the bug... and I know that im stuck in this sport for the rest of my life!

I try go away and dive at least every 4 months, mostly to local dive locations (which are great) but will be extending my trips to abroad from next year.

As a beginner in photography, I decided to go compact first with a Fuji F80EXR and WP-FXF80 housing. I am very impressed with it so far, and am keen to get it wet very often

I am looking forward to learning lots from everyone here, and hopefully will be able to contribute some constructive material as well for everyone!

welcome to the forums. I visited Johannesburg and Kruger last year and had a great time! South africans were so nice. Fuji makes great compact cameras, we look forward to seeing more of your photos here
