I noticed this on wetpixel - Stephen Frink created this nice underwater video of stingrays with the Canon 5D Mark II and a 14mm lens

Very very, nice, and the music is also quite lovely. The mood using only natural light is quite interesting, but personally I like video shot with lighting a bit more. You can see some of my wife's video at
www.blueviews.net, particularly some flounders looking at themselves in a mirror.

love the whole package of blueviews!!! amazing with lots of info on uw life.
i am in the phase of collecting the money for additional lights... couldn't get the whole package in one go.

hello-
my settings are M for manual mode, and I use AF for it is more accurate to get a good and fast focus with pressing the af button instead of zooming and checking the focus - wich btw is hard to adjust when om MF, since housings as far as I know (please correct me if I am wrong) for 5d mkII don't have the follow focus option (especially if you use zoom lenses). I use the 20mm prime and used the zoom knob on the hugyfot for follow focus.
