I think this is a salp but I would love a proper name.
Shot on film, CA I think in Catalina

Hi Todd -- According to Wrobel & Mills "Pacific Coast Pelagic Invertebrates) it's a siphonophore in the genus Praya. We don't see too many photos of these.
