I was ending my dive at La Jolla Shores and noticed what I thought at first was a very small squid swimming about a foot off the bottom. I was surprised to see it was a Razor (?) Clam swimming along very nicely! I couldn't focus in on it fast enough in the surge, but I got a few shots of it burrowing back down.

Awesome! I'm trying to imagine how it moved in the water.... The part sticking out of the sand reminds me of a rattle from a rattlesnake...
