Pelagic barnacle Alepas pacifica on Jellyfish

All of the egg-yolk jellies that we have been seeing over the last few weeks have Alepas pacifica barnacles growing on top of them. Every single one!
I find this amazing. What's also interesting is how little this is mentioned online, except of course in the jellieszone.
Also, can anyone confirm whether this is a Phacellophora camtschatica ?
